Terms of Service
Last updated September 20, 2026
These terms govern use of 360 Roofing CRM (the “application”), software owned and operated by 360 Roofing, 1451 N 200 E, #210, Logan, UT 84341. The application is internal business software. It is not sold, licensed or offered to the public, and there is no public sign-up. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
Only people 360 Roofing has issued an account to may use the application — our employees and the contractors and crews we authorize. Accounts are created by 360 Roofing. You may not share your account, your password or your access with anyone else, and you must tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used it.
Some pages are deliberately public and require no account: a customer’s own proposal, the signature page for their contract, the unsubscribe page, and these legal pages. Those may be used by the customer they were sent to, for that purpose.
Acceptable use
While using the application you agree not to:
- Access, export or use customer information for anything other than 360 Roofing business.
- Take customer lists, pricing or job records with you for a competitor or for your own benefit.
- Attempt to reach data your role was not given access to, or to work around the application’s permission controls.
- Interfere with the application’s operation, scrape it, or connect unauthorized software to it.
- Use the messaging and email features to send anything unlawful, or to contact anyone who has asked us to stop.
Your activity is logged. 360 Roofing may suspend or remove any account at any time, including when employment or a contract ends.
Ownership
360 Roofing owns the application and everything in it, including the business records created through it. Work you enter into the application in the course of your job belongs to 360 Roofing. These terms grant you permission to use the application while you are authorized — nothing more.
QuickBooks Online
The application can connect to a QuickBooks Online company that 360 Roofing owns, in order to create and update customer and estimate records there. Only an owner may connect or disconnect it. Use of QuickBooks itself is governed by your agreement with Intuit, not by these terms, and Intuit is not responsible for the application. Disconnecting stops all syncing; records already written into QuickBooks stay there.
Third-party services
The application relies on outside services to work, including hosting, database, email, text messaging, error reporting and AI features. Those services have their own terms, and an interruption at one of them can interrupt the application. Our Privacy Policy lists which services receive what.
Availability
We do not promise the application will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. The application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of use of the application.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the application after a change means you accept it.
